    Do I need to delete Norton before adding the spyware that you have on your web site. If so, do you have step by step instructions. Thank you for your show. I’m a novice but feel like I am learning when I listen to you.

    Lisa, You do not have to remove Norton before using an Anti-Spyware program - but, you must only ever run one Anti-Virus program at a time. So if you wanted to change to another Anti-Virus such as AVG you would have to remove Norton before instaling it.
